Rifle Parks Maintenance Facility

Rifle Parks Maintenance Facility is a 13,485 SF building in two levels, composed of two parts.  The administrative use area is 6,200 SF and a parks operations maintenance use area is 7,285 SF.  The building includes space for shop, offices, storage, conference, training, and lockers.

Gilpin County Rec Center

A 45,000 SF facility, it houses an Olympic swimming pool, large recreational pool and slide, gymnasium, suspended running track, exercise areas, craft areas, administrative offices, and multi-purpose areas.

Gilpin County Exhibit Hall

Central City, CO

A 10,000 SF barn and livestock exhibition hall, which also houses offices and other facilities. The offices are housed in a two level area at the front with one level below grade. The exterior walls and siding are conventional carpentry which we efficiently integrated with the metal building bents and roofing. GSC also carried out the timber and foundation design.

Eagle County Road and Bridge

Maintenance building and garage with six bays to accommodate up to twelve vehicles for storing and servicing the county road maintenance vehicles. This building also houses administrative offices for Eagle County Road Department in El Jebel, Colorado.

Central City Fire and Ambulance Station

Pre-manufactured metal building providing several uses.  The structure is equipped with three bays to house the city’s fire engines and two garage bays for its ambulances.  An elevated floor inside the structure serves as a dormitory for on-call employees.

Eagle County Materials Recycling

Wolcott, CO

140' x 100' pre-manufactured metal building to house the recycling equipment and a 955 square foot office and break room and over 400 linear feet of site retaining walls for Eagle County in Wolcott, Colorado. The foundation and site walls have provisions for future additions to the structure.

Garage and administrative offices for Eco transit in Leadville, Colorado.

A new 4,600 s.f. bus storage facility with office space and equipment loft. A few special design features were applied to this standard pre-engineered metal building to connect the new building to the site’s historical surroundings.
